Anna M. Panzera, (Ann), passed away at the age of 90, on April 13, 2024, in Springfield, PA after a brave battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Ann was born on May 19, 1933, in Philadelphia.
Ann was the beloved wife of the late Pasquale (Pat) Panzera, and a devoted mother to her son Frank J. Panzera and his wife Christina. She was preceded in death by her sister Mary Grace LoPresti (Frank) and is survived by her brother Anthony J. Vacca and his wife Barbara, carrying with her a legacy of warmth and compassion.
A proud graduate of John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School, Ann went on to establish a fulfilling career with Prudential. Later in life she worked for TMR, Dia-Stron, Springfield Township and PC Support Services. She was also elected to the office of Majority Inspector of Election of the 7th Ward, 2nd precinct in Springfield Township.
Ann's love for music was profound, with Frank Sinatra’s melodies often filling her home. She was an enthusiastic sports fan, always rooting on the Phillies and the Flyers. Ann's life was a faith-filled one, never missing mass on the weekend. She was full of love and kindness that resonated deeply with all who knew her, and she will be dearly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 9:30-10:30 A.M. Wednesday, April 17th at St. Kevin's Church 200 W. Sproul Road Springfield, PA 19064 followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 A.M. Interment SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ann's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
